How’s this for a 2013 New Year’s resolution? Resolve to run or walk the 2013 Missoula Marathon, Half Marathon or 5K. The Good Food Store will host a series of talks that will help the beginning marathoner get to the finish line feeling strong and help the experienced runner get there faster and more comfortably than ever. Join us the second Monday of every month and hear from Missoula’s finest runners and most-respected fitness professionals. These presentations, with plenty of time for your questions, are designed for Marathon and Half Marathon participants, both runners and walkers. Admission is free but please plan to arrive early, as seating is limited.
