What kind of shoes do you run in during the winter? I'm not sure that my air-vented Nikes will be too cozy in the snow. Thanks!

I like to wear ice cleats over my running shoes to keep my stable in the winter time. It sounds like your current shoes won't protect you from the snow. I have always worn trail running shoes or running shoes with a little more protection in the winter. A shoe store like the Runner's Edge can help you pick out a good pair for the winter.

Warmth isn't an issue for me running in the winter. When I'm running my feet are always warm. I just use my regular running shoes. I have fancy spikes for traction. They're easy to put on/take off.
