Class starts Sunday, January 22, 2012 at 8 a.m. and meets until the Missoula Marathon on July 8, 2012.
Class meets at Runners Edge, 325 N. Higgins Ave. Tuesdays at 6 p.m. (January 24- February 28 only) and on Sundays at 8 a.m. through February 26. Starting Sunday, March 4 class will meet on Sundays at 8 a.m. only at The Loft, 119 W. Main St.

ready for the 2012 Missoula Marathon or Half Marathon with Run Wild Missoula's training program using Jeff Galloway's run/walk program. Jeff Galloway ran in the Olympics in 1972, but his technique
of run/walk has helped thousands
of runners achieve their running goals -- injury free.
Mileage Pre-requisites: All runners should have
done a long run/walk within the previous 2 weeks of the program as follows:
-Half Marathon To Finish- no prerequisites
-Half Marathon-Time Goal- at least 3 miles
-Full Marathon To Finish- at least 3 miles
-Full Marathon-Time Goal- at least 7 miles
With the Training Program participants receive:
* Jeff Galloway's book, Training Programs (new participants only)

* Designated pace groups
* 50% off 3-hour Galloway Running Schools (in January-- exact date to be determined).
* Aid Stations on weeks with longer training runs
