Need to be pushed and motivated through a hill strength workout that you might not do on your own? Join accomplished ultra marathon runner Mike Foote and other guests on Thursdays at 6 p.m. for a great workout. If you are training for fall trail runs or would like an introduction to training for trail running, join this class. The 8-week class starts on Thursday, April 11 and continues until Thursday, May 30. Participants of the class must be able to run 4 miles comfortably. This class is limited to 30 people.
