Come hear Kiefer Hahn and Vicky Pounds explain how cross training can make you faster and help keep you injury-free. Kiefer is the co-owner of Momentum Athletic Training and has extensive experience helping both novice and elite athletes. Vicky, currently coach of Mountain West Youth Track, is a former professional runner who competed for Nike and Mountain West Track Club. Vicki, too, is a certified personal trainer and has extensive knowledge of cross-training and weight training.
