Class starts Thursday, April 12 at 6 p.m. and continues until Thursday, May 31. Class meets every Thursday at 6 p.m. at Momentum Athletic Training, 214 1/2 Main St., Missoula.

Need to be pushed and motivated through a hill strength workout that you might not do on your own? Join Rhea from Momentum Athletic Training on Thursdays at 6 p.m. for a great workout. If you are training for fall trail runs like the Pengelly Double or Single Dip or would like an introduction to training for trail running, join this class. The 8-week class starts on Thursday, April 12 and runs through Thursday, May 31. For those of you who have taken the class before, Rhea promises new trail routes!
