The marathon course begins in the beautiful Montana countryside of Frenchtown, Montana. The course follows the Frenchtown Valley and the Clark Fork River into the City of Missoula. Run along tree-lined streets into the grand finish crossing Higgins Avenue Bridge in downtown Missoula. The course is paved and flat with one hill.
