What makes it especially gratifying regarding how well you organize your race is that in 2009 we still have to argue our case for equal representation....your local newspaper deserves a lot of credit for featuring the photograph and stories of disabled participants....It is one of the reasons my wife and I return to your city each summer....

The race was well organized from start to finish. It overflowed with a positive community feeling that energized me beyond what I would ordinarily accomplish. The picture on the front page of the Missoulian this morning said it all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the attention to detail, the forethought, anticipation and the sheer energy to make this occasion a jubilant milestone for many of us.

I loved, loved, loved the race!!!! I have nothing negative to say about it. It was so well organized, the crowd support was awesome and the water station seemed to be professionally staffed. Every one really CARED about us runners. My favorite was being able to cheer the marathon finishers in. The whole thing was so very thought-filled, down to having popsicles!! The only thing I missed was having my kids at the finish line to take part in the fesitivies afterwards. I will be bringing them next year for sure. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful experience. This was my first Missoula Half Marathon but I hope not the last. The organization of the race was second to none and the volunteers were great. Aid stations abounded which was much appreciated especially near the end of the race. As a walk/runner the extra stations were just what I needed. From the expo and registration, the bussing, the great emcee at the race start and the sheer beauty of the route this was a winner in every category.

What a fantastic race. My friend, Melissa and I traveled to Missoula from Arizona to compete in the 1/2 Marathon. You couldn't have picked a betterday for a race! Everything was so well organized. The course was perfect and the people couldn't be any friendlier. We really enjoyed ourselves. Well done!

The weather was perfect! Thanks for ordering the bit of cloud cover. Great idea on the reusable goodie bag. And thanks for the second bag at the end of the race! The numerous aid stations along the way were very much appreciated. All the administrative stuff - the entire registration, bag pickup, bus ride - went as smooth as pie. The Expo was great - I can't wait to see how it grows over the years. I scored two t-shirts and a can cooler for $15 - sweet! Love the course!! Everyone connected to the marathon - RWM people, volunteers, everyone was so friendly. You all made it so much fun! Thanks for absolutely everything - I'm really looking forward to next year!
