Okay... so you haven't registered and you've made it this far down the page, so you must want more information... some people are just like that... it's probably a good idea to know so here it is.

Participation Requirements
• You must be able to complete the 26.2 mile marathon course in 6 ½ hours (walkers 7 ½ hours)
• You must be at least 14 years of age to participate in the full marathon.  Children under 14 may participate in the half marathon but there are no age group awards.  Children under 14 may not register for, or participate in, the full marathon.
• You must be in good health and physically prepared to take on the challenges of a full or half marathon.
• Race numbers are required to participate.

0-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

What Do You Get:
All finishers of the Missoula Marathon, Marathon Walker, Half Marathon, and Marathon Relay receive a Technical short-sleeve shirt, a medal, excellent post-race food provided by the Good Food Store, and more.    There are awards for overall male and female finishers for both Open and Masters categories, plus age group awards. 

The Hellgate Village 5K has a prize for every finisher. 

The Missoula Kids Marathon gives everybody a root beer float among other things.

Cancellation Policy
Registration Entry fees are non-refundable. You may transfer it to another person or change to run the following year (only) for an administration fee of $20.

Entry Fees
Marathon -Registration $60 thru May 31, $80 thru July 9, $85 on July 10, 2010. No race day registration.

Marathon Walkers - Registration $60 thru May 31, $80 thru July 9, $85 on July 10, 2010.  No race day registration.

Half Marathon - Registration $45 thru May 31, $65 thru July 9, $70 on July 10, 2010 No race day registration.

Marathon Relay - Registration $160 thru May 31, $200 thru July 0, $220 on July 10, 2010.  Four person teams are men, women, or co-ed.

Kids Marathon -$15 through Saturday July 10th by 10:30 am. (The final leg of the MKM is at 11 am.)  For more information go to the Missoula Kids Marathon page on this site.

Hellgate Village 5K - $13 for RWM members, $15 for non-members or RWM Family rate at $40, non-member Family rate $45. Download registration form here, register on ACTIVE or sign up the day of the Expo.  This family fun run along the Clark Fork River is for everyone to enjoy. The race is on Saturday, July 10th, (the day of the Missoula Marathon Expo) at 5 pm. Everyone gets a prize and proceeds go to Missoula Alzheimer's Support Group in honor of Anne Hayes.

Wheelchairs and Handcyclists are welcome. If you download a registration form, please notate on the form if you are entering as a handcyclist or wheelchair contestant. If you register on ACTIVE there is a category for you.

PACKET PICKUP
All entrants must pick up race packets and timing chips at the Missoula Marathon Expo on Saturday, July 10th.  The expo is open 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

No race numbers will be mailed; timing chips are available only at the expo, and all entrants in the marathon, half marathon, and marathon relay must have timing chips.
