Whether you want to train to run or walk a 5K or a marathon we have the class for you.
Run Wild Missoula's Missoula Marathon training classes for runners and walkers will help you accomplish your goal for the Missoula Marathon or Half Marathon on July 14, 2013. Register for the Galloway Marathon or Galloway Half Marathon Training Class (run-walk-run), the Missoula Marathon and Half Marathon Training Class or the Missoula Marathon Walking Class.
We offer other classes like Trail Running (spring and fall) and Beginner Running (fall only). Keep checking back for registration information.
Did you qualify for Boston? Maybe you want to train for another spring marathon or maintain your mileage through the winter? The Spring/Boston Marathon Training Class will start again in December 2013.
Then there's Yoga for Runners on Tuesdays at lunchtime and Thursday evenings and Core Strength Training for Runners on Wednesdays at lunchtime to help you maintain your fitness. Core classes are also offered on Monday evenings.
