Missoula Women's 5K • Missoula, Women of all ages. Come and celebrate, be a Diva for Day! The 5K run/walk takes place in Fort Missoula, starting at 10 am at Heritage Hall. This is your chance to shine and show your inner fitness, your inner athlete, your inner Diva. Encourage yourself, your moms, daughters, sisters, friends, grandmoms, greatgrandmoms, granddaughters, all the women in your world to play and run or walk or stroll. Pumpkin Run • Missoula, Sponsored by Run Wild Missoula, 400 meter kids run & 5K, Proceeds benefit the Missoula Food Bank. 400 meter kids run (12 years old and under) at 9:45 am and 5K race at 10 am. Cost is $3 for the 400 meter run and $8 for the 5 kilometer race. Race is located at Maclay Flats on Trails in the Lolo National Forest. Maclay Flats is located off of Blue Mountain Road by the Bitterroot River. Take HWY 93 S. to Blue Mountain Road (by athletic club) to Maclay Flats. . Registration on race day only starts at 8:45 AM. The Turkey 8K • Missoula, Flat 8K out & back course along the Kim Williams Trail, Start and Finish: "The Bear" at the Boone and Crockett club, ( near the Higgins Ave. Bridge & S 3rd West at the old Milwaukee Train Station ) 9:30 am start with Race Day Registration starting at 8:30. Entry fee $10 and includes a pair of running gloves. Prizes for Female and Male, 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall. Sponsored by Run Wild Missoula, Break Espresso, Good Food Store and Runner’s Edge. The New Years Eve Run • Missoula • Herald in the New Year with Run Wild Missoula’s New Year’s Eve Run. This is a timed 2-mile on the indoor track of Peak Health and Wellness Center, New Years Eve 8-10 pm. The gym is closed except for this event. Bring the whole family and after the run enjoy New Year’s Eve treats plus the Peak Health and Wellness Center facility, including the pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and more. The gym will close at 10 pm.
