Many people are motivated to run because they want to lose weight. They are sometimes disappointed that, even after training for a marathon, they may weigh the same as they did beforehand. In this session, Jeff will talk about realistic expectations for weight management while training for distance. he will also share from a lifetime of experience and research on nutrition for runners and tips for burning fat and losing weight.
