Missoula Marathon Eat & Run Series

A Little Exercise

A Little Cooking Class.

A Little Nutrition Education.

A Lot of Fun.

The Good Food Store is teaming with the Missoula Marathon to present a series of classes that explore what foods best fuel our athletic endeavors. We'll start each class with a 30 minute run/walk, departing the store at 5:45 p.m. Then we will move to the Good Food Store Cooking Classroom, where Cooking School Manager Emily Walter will team with nutrition and fitness experts from the community. They will discuss how food fits into your exercise routine and Emily will demonstrate a recipe or two that complements their nutrition advice. There's a $5 registration fee for each class, but SPACE IS LIMITED SO REGISTER EARLY. Visit the Good Food Store Customer Service Desk or call 541-3663.
