Join enthusiastic trail runners Jamie Swartz and Rika Botzet and other guests on Thursdays at 6 p.m. for a great workout. This class is for intermediate runners who want to learn trail running techniques like how to run faster downhill and uphill, injury prevention, nutrition and other trail running topics. Participants should expect to run 6 miles or more on trails each Thursday evening. This is a great class for those training for fall trail runs like the Blue Mountain 30K. The 6-week class starts on Thursday, August 14 and continues until Thursday, September 18. This class is limited to 30 people.
