Meet us in the Good Food Store Cooking Classroom for a little exercise and a look at some basic nutrition guidelines for those who want to enjoy an active lifestyle. Kayli Peterson, a health coach at The PEAK Fitness and Optimal Bear Wellness Coordinator at the University of Montana, will talk about carbs, proteins and fat, plus give you tips for fine tuning your diet and enhancing your fitness mindset. And guests will sample a pair of Kayli-recommended recipes that Good Food Store Cooking School Manager Emily Walter will demonstrate how to prepare.
