Meet at the golf course behind Dornblaser Track at 6 p.m. on the University of Montana campus for cross-country workouts. Start getting ready for Montana Cup (on Saturday, November 2).
Cross-country workouts continue through Tuesday, October 29.
On Tuesday, November 5 speed workouts will start from the Runners Edge basement classroom, 304 N. Higgins Ave., at 5:30 p.m. and will continue meeting there until spring 2014.
Workouts are coached by Courtney Babcock, former Olympic athlete.
Cost: Free to Run Wild Missoula and Team Stampede members.
