Class starts Thursday, August 21st, at 6 p.m. and continues through Thursday, October 9th. First class will meet in the basement of the Runner's Edge, on Thursday, August 21st, at 6 p.m. Come prepared to run.

Join enthusiastic trail runners Connie Chestnutt, Amy Moore, Diane Maxted and other guests on Thursdays at 6 p.m. for a great workout. This class is for Back of the Pack runners and walkers who want to learn the trails. We'll also cover other trail running topics like injury prevention and nutrition. Participants should expect to run approximately 2 - 4 miles on trails each Thursday evening. This is a great class for those training for fall trail runs like the Blue Mountain 30K. The 8-week class starts on Thursday, August 21, and continues until Thursday, October 9th. This class is limited to 30 people.
