Spring Marathon & Half-Marathon Advanced Training Class:
This is an advanced marathon and half-marathon training program designed for runners competing in marathons and half-marathons occurring in spring 2017 – including the Boston Marathon (April 19, 2017) and the Eugene Marathon (May 7, 2017). In addition, this is a great class for advanced runners looking to prepare for any spring race distance, i.e. Bloomsday (May 7, 2017) and 11 Miles to Paradise (date TBD).
This class is geared toward experienced runners who are capable of completing a marathon in 4:15 or less, and a half marathon in 2:00, or less.
Coached by Tim Mosbacher, this 15-week training program will meet up to four times each week. Attendance at the following workouts is not mandatory, though completing the workouts in strongly encouraged.

All workouts and runs will start from the Run Wild Missoula office (304 N. Higgins, basement of Runner's Edge), unless otherwise announced.
