Start 2017 off right and resolve to stay healthy and injury-free by signing up for Yoga for Runners.  Run Yoga Missoula is offering two yoga classes specifically designed with the runner's body in mind.  Each class will focus on stretching, strengthening and balancing poses that will compliment all of the miles you are logging each week.  Whether you have just started walking or are training for a marathon, this class will challenge and inspire you to take care of your body and mind in the New Year.  Classes are held downstairs at the Runners Edge.  Yoga mats, straps and blocks are provided.

12 class session (no classes the week of Spring Break, March 21st and 23rd)

January 10th-April 4th 

$85 for Run Wild Members/$92 for non-members
