Jeff Galloway is well-known for helping new runners and slower runners train for marathons. Fewer people know that he coaches runners who want to finish faster with the strategic use of walk breaks. Jeff’s book, “Boston Marathon” includes training plans for finishing that elite race between 3:10 and 5:30. Jeff recently qualified for the Boston Marathon using the run-walk-run method. Come and engage Jeff in a lively discussion of how you can finish faster by walking more.
