Whether you want to train to run or walk a 5K or a marathon, we have the class for you!

Run Wild Missoula's Missoula Marathon training classes for runners and walkers will help you accomplish your goal for the Missoula Marathon or Half Marathon on July 10, 2016. Register for the Galloway Marathon or Galloway Half Marathon Training Class (run-walk-run), or the Missoula Marathon and Half Marathon Training Class.

We offer other classes like Trail Running - both BOP Trail Running and Intermediate Trail Running - (spring and fall) and Beginner Running (fall only).

Did you qualify for Boston? Maybe you want to train for another spring marathon or maintain your mileage through the winter? The Boston/Spring Marathon Training Class starts January 2016.

Then there's Yoga for Runners on Tuesdays at lunchtime and Thursday evenings and Core Strength Training for Runners on Wednesdays at lunchtime to help you maintain your fitness.

Thursday Evening Yoga, Fall Session 09/15/2016 $90.00 Details 
Run Yoga Missoula is offering two yoga classes specifically designed with the runner's/walker's body in mind. Each class will focus on relaxation & breathing, stretching, core strengthening and balancing poses that will compliment all of the miles you are logging each week. Whether you have just started walking or are training to run or walk the Missoula full or half Marathon, this class will challenge and inspire you to take care of your body and mind. Classes are held downstairs at the Runners Edge. Yoga mats, straps and blocks are provided.
Tuesday Lunch Yoga, Fall Session 09/13/2016 $85.00 Details 
Run Yoga Missoula is offering two yoga classes specifically designed with the runner's/walker's body in mind. Wednesday CORE Fall Lunch Class 09/07/2016 $79.00 Details 
This class is designed to keep a runner's core strong. Core work conditions the body from the abdominals to the arms and legs. Often runners are much stronger in their lower extremities than their core. This results in an imbalance in the body that it will continuously try to remedy.
Beginner Running 101 09/07/2016 $10.00 Details 
This 6-week program that will start with running/walking intervals and gradually work up to completing the Pumpkin Run, on October 15, 2016. This is truly a beginner's class so don't be intimidated. Pace doesn't matter. Your goal will be to complete a 5k run, and our goal will be to inspire to keep right on going long after this training class is finished.
Intermediate Fall Trail Running Class 08/25/2016 FREE Details 
Join trail runners Jess Zephyrs and Suzie Witmer on Thursdays at 6 p.m. for a fun evening out on the local trails. This class is intended for intermediate-level runners who want to improve their trail running skills; build endurance; and, take part in a pleasant run with like-minded trail enthusiasts.
Beginning Trail Running Class 08/25/2016 FREE Details 
Join Colleen Smith and Vicky Mix, both RWM members and RE Employees, in this fun 8-week Beginning Trail Running Class! This class will focus on middle of the pack runners who want to learn more about trail running in the Missoula community. Class starts Thursday, 8/25/16, at 6 p.m.
Summer Trail Class 06/16/2016 FREE Details 
The Runner's Edge and Run Wild Missoula are partnering up to offer a summer trail running class designed to get you ready for the Run Mountain Runs, or other late summer/early fall trail racing.
