Whether you want to train to run or walk a 5K or a marathon we have the class for you.

Run Wild Missoula's Missoula Marathon training classes for runners and walkers will help you accomplish your goal for the Missoula Marathon or Half Marathon on July 12, 2015. Register for the Galloway Marathon or Galloway Half Marathon Training Class (run-walk-run), the Missoula Marathon and Half Marathon Training Class or the Missoula Marathon Walking Class (registration coming soon).

We offer other classes like Trail Running (spring and fall) and Beginner Running (fall only). Keep checking back for registration information.

Did you qualify for Boston? Maybe you want to train for another spring marathon or maintain your mileage through the winter? The Spring/Boston Marathon Training Class will start again in December 2014.

Then there's Yoga for Runners on Tuesdays at lunchtime and Thursday evenings and Core Strength Training for Runners on Wednesdays at lunchtime to help you maintain your fitness. Core classes are also offered on Monday evenings.

Each class will focus on stretching, strengthening and balancing poses that will compliment all of the miles you are logging each week. Whether you have just started walking or are training for a marathon, this class will challenge and inspire you to take care of your body and mind.
Run Wild Missoula Annual Meeting of Members 09/10/2014 FREE Details 
As a 501c3 nonprofit organization, Run Wild Missoula is required to have an annual meeting of its member. We don't mind as we're always looking for an excuse to get together, run and socialize. Start your evening with a run from member JB Yonce's house, 5501 Rattlesnake Drive at 5:30 p.m., led by the Run Wild Missoula Board of Directors. We'll then treat you to dinner before we begin our Annual Meeting of Members around 7 p.m. This is your chance to find out more about what your running club has been up to this year and what is in the works. The Run Wild Missoula Board of Directors will give a report, acknowledge exceptional volunteers and ask for your input. As always, there will be time to socialize with running and walking friends.

Fall Back of the Pack Trail Running Class 08/21/2014 FREE Details 
Join enthusiastic trail runners Connie Chestnutt, Amy Moore, Diane Maxsted and other guests on Thursdays at 6 p.m. for a great workout. This class is for Back of the Pack runners and walkers who want to learn the trails. We'll also cover other trail running topics like injury prevention and nutrition. Participants should expect to run approximately 2 - 4 miles on trails each Thursday evening. This class is limited to 20 people.
Fall Beginner Runner 101 Training Class 08/20/2014 $10.00 Details 
Are you having a hard time getting motivated to start running, or lacking consistency? Don't know where to begin, or you don't want to do it alone? Perhaps you are coming back from a long absence from running and need to start out slow, and ease back in. If you are nodding your head yes, then this class is for you.

Fall Intermediate Trail Running Class 08/14/2014 FREE Details 
Join enthusiastic trail runners Jamie Swartz and Rika Botzet and other guests on Thursdays at 6 p.m. for a great workout. This class is for intermediate runners who want to learn trail running techniques like how to run uphill and downhill, injury prevention, nutrition and other trail running topics. Participants should expect to run 6 miles or more on trails each Thursday.

Boston/Spring Marathon Training Class 12/19/2013 $50.00 Details 
This is an advanced marathon training program designed for runners competing in the 2014 Boston Marathon on Monday, April 21, 2014 or another spring marathon. This 16-week training program meets up to 4 times each week and will begin on Monday, December 19 at 5:30 p.m. with an informational session and will continue until the Boston Marathon. Come ready to run on Sunday, January 5.
