Whether you want to train to run or walk a 5K or a marathon, we have the class for you!

Run Wild Missoula's Missoula Marathon training classes for runners and walkers will help you accomplish your goal for the Missoula Marathon or Half Marathon on July 10, 2016. Register for the Galloway Marathon or Galloway Half Marathon Training Class (run-walk-run), or the Missoula Marathon and Half Marathon Training Class.

We offer other classes like Trail Running - both BOP Trail Running and Intermediate Trail Running - (spring and fall) and Beginner Running (fall only).

Did you qualify for Boston? Maybe you want to train for another spring marathon or maintain your mileage through the winter? The Boston/Spring Marathon Training Class starts January 2016.

Then there's Yoga for Runners on Tuesdays at lunchtime and Thursday evenings and Core Strength Training for Runners on Wednesdays at lunchtime to help you maintain your fitness.

The Runner's Edge and Run Wild Missoula are partnering up to offer a summer trail running class designed to get you ready for the Run Mountain Runs, or other late summer/early fall trail racing.
Thursday Evening Yoga, Spring Session 04/14/2016 $97.00 Details 
Great ready for the upcoming race season by incorporating Yoga into your current running/walking routine. Run Yoga Missoula is offering two yoga classes specifically designed with the runner's/walker's body in mind. Each class will focus on relaxation & breathing, stretching, core strengthening and balancing poses that will compliment all of the miles you are logging each week. Whether you have just started walking, or are training to run or walk the Missoula full or half Marathon, this class will challenge and inspire you to take care of your body and mind. Classes are held downstairs at the Runners Edge. Yoga mats, straps and blocks are provided.
Wednesday CORE Lunch Class 04/13/2016 $88.00 Details 
This class is designed to keep a runner's core strong. Core work conditions the body from the abdominals to the arms and legs. Often runners are much stronger in their lower extremities than their core. This results in an imbalance in the body that it will continuously try to remedy. Wednesday lunch classes are held at the Runner's Edge, 304 N. Higgins Ave. Mats provided, comfortable clothing recommended, running shoes not required.
Tuesday Lunch Yoga, Spring Session 04/12/2016 $92.00 Details

Intermediate Trail Running Class 03/31/2016 FREE Details 
Join enthusiastic trail runners Jess Zephyrs and Suzie Witmer, along with other guests, on Thursdays at 6 p.m. for a great workout. This class is for intermediate runners who want to learn trail running techniques like how to run faster downhill and uphill, injury prevention, nutrition and other trail running topics.
BOP Spring Trail Running Class 03/31/2016 FREE Details 
This class is for BOP runners and walkers. We'll cover other trail running topics like injury prevention and nutrition. Participants should expect to run approximately 2 - 4 miles on trails each Thursday evening. This class runs for 8-week and is limited to 30 people.

Missoula Marathon Training Class 03/20/2016 $100.00 Details 
16-week training program offers something for everyone - from the completely-new-to-running runner to the seasoned been-there-done-that runner! Class starts with distances as low as 2 miles and speed is not a factor. Beginner runners are welcome to try the walk/run approach and are encouraged to set the Missoula Half Marathon as their goal. With 4 1/2 months to train and 6 1/2 hours to complete the race - you've got this!
Missoula Marathon Walking Training Class 03/19/2016 $45.00 Details 
If you're looking for a low impact way to train for and successfully complete the Missoula Marathon and Half Marathon on July 10, 2016, and also develop a network of fun, knowledgeable, encouraging folks of all shapes, sizes, and ages, then this is the class for you!

A 19-week training schedule that embodies Jeff Galloway's conservative low-mileage, low-injury approach to distance running for the 2016 Missoula Half Marathon.

A 24-week training schedule that embodies Jeff Galloway's conservative low-mileage, low-injury approach to distance running for the 2016 Missoula Marathon.
Boston/Spring Marathon Training Class 01/03/2016 $45.00 Details 
This is an advanced marathon training program designed for runners competing in the 2016 Boston Marathon on Monday, April 18, 2016, or another spring 2016 marathon. This 16-week training program meets up to 4 times each week. More information coming soon!
Beginner Runner Training Class - Winter 12/05/2015 $5.00 Details 
A class designed for RWM members who have completed the 101 and 102 beginning running classes this fall and can comfortably run 4 or 5 miles. This is a design-your-own training class with lots of flexibility built in to account for weather, illness, and holidays.
