All Women's Run

Saturday Oct 4, 2008.  Be a Diva for a Day.

Women - of all ages, generations, fitness levels, running enthusiasts, walkers, wheelers, strollers -can all benefit from the coming together to encourage each other, celebrate and enjoy a grand day for themselves.  The grandmothers can inspire their granddaughters, the young ones can hop, skip and jump their way to a finish, mothers and daughters can cheer and run side by side for support.  Memories are made in company of friends, colleagues, family and our 'competitors.'  Blue Mountain Women's Run graciously passes the torch to Run Wild Missoula. This is the day for all of the women to be Divas, for fitness, for health, for the pure enjoyment of being out and on the move.

Women: Come and celebrate your strength, your future and your past  with your friends, daughters, mothers, grandmothers, nieces, all  welcome!

Baby Joggers, Strollers & Assisted Wheelchairs
All females are encouraged to participate in the All Women's 5K. Because of safety related problems with strollers and wheelchairs in the past, all strollers and assisted wheelchairs, regardless of athletic ability, must line up at the back of the starting field. Helmets are strongly advised, especially for infants and toddlers.

Timing
Timing done professionally by Perfect-Timing of Bozeman MT.  Results are accurate, timely and made in Montana.

Water Stations
Water stations will be located throughout the 5K and at the finish area. Medical assistance will be available for minor medical services throughout the course.
Safety
For safety and courtesy, please do not bring radio headsets, dogs, bicycles, skateboards or roller-blades to the event. Runners are reminded to please watch for cars on the road at all times. Volunteers will help direct you at major intersections. Please run on the right side of the street, using the parking lane, unless marked otherwise.

Results & Awards
Complete official results will be available at the Runner's Edge 3 days after the event and will be published on the Web within 3 days of the event.
