Tuesday Lunch Yoga; Spring Session: April 9th - June 18th; 12:15 - 1:00 PM

Get ready for the upcoming race season by incorporating Yoga into your current running/walking routine.  Run Yoga Missoula is offering two yoga classes specifically designed with the runner's/walker’s body in mind.  Each class will focus on relaxation & breathing, stretching, core strengthening and balancing poses that will compliment all of the miles you are logging each week.  Whether you have just started walking or are training to run or walk the Missoula full or half marathon, this class will challenge and inspire you to take care of your body and mind. Classes are held downstairs at the Runners Edge.  Yoga mats, straps and blocks are provided.  

Cost: Tuesday Lunch Yoga; $90 for Run Wild Members / $98 for Non-Members
Drop-in/Single Session Pricing Available.

Classes are held Run Wild Missoula; 304 N Higgins Avenue (basement of Runner's Edge)
