Intermediate Spring Trail Running Class
April 6, 2017 - May 25, 2017, 6 p.m.
Join enthusiastic trail runners Jess Zephyrs, Suzie Witmer, and Amelia Hagen-Dillon, on Thursdays at 6 p.m. for a great workout. This class is for intermediate runners who want to learn trail running techniques like how to run faster downhill and uphill, injury prevention, nutrition and other trail running topics.
This class is limited to 20 people - registration is now FULL!
Participants should expect to run 6 miles or more on trails each class meeting. This is a great class for those training for spring trail runs like Runner's Edge The Bitterroot Runoff, 11 Miles to Paradise and Run Wild Missoula's Pengelly Single and Double Dips.
