Spring into the upcoming race season by incorporating Yoga into your current running/walking routine.  Run Yoga Missoula is offering two yoga classes specifically designed with the runner's/walker's body in mind.  Each class will focus on relaxation & breathing, stretching, core strengthening and balancing poses that will compliment all of the miles you are logging each week.  Whether you have just started walking or are training to run or walk the Missoula Full or Half Marathon, this class will challenge and inspire you to take care of your body and mind.  Classes are held downstairs at the Runner's Edge.  Yoga mats, straps, and blocks are provided.

Cost: Tuesday Lunch Yoga; $90 for Run Wild Members / $97 for Non-Members

Classes are held in the Runner's Edge basement classroom; 304 N Higgins Avenue
