Thursday Evening Yoga: April 13th - June 15th, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Get ready for the upcoming race season by incorporating YOGA into your current running/walking routine.  Run Yoga Missoula is offering two yoga classes specifically designed with the runner's/walker's body in mind.  Each class will focus on relaxation & breathing, stretching, core strengthening and balancing poses that will compliment all of the miles your are logging each week.

Whether you've just started walking, or are training to run or walk the Missoula Marathon or Half Marathon, this class will challenge and inspire you to take care of your body and mind.  Classes are held downstairs, in the Runner's Edge basement classroom.  Yoga mats, straps and blocks are provided.

  • $80 for Run Wild Missoula members;$90 for non-members
