BOP Spring Trail Running Class

Join enthusiastic trail runners Connie Chestnutt and other guests on TUESDAYS at 6 p.m. for a great workout. Class will meet April 4 - May 23, 2017. 

This class is for Back of the Pack runners and walkers who want to learn the trails. We'll also cover other trail running topics like injury prevention and nutrition. Participants should expect to run approximately 2 - 4 miles on trails each Tuesday evening. The 8-week class starts on Tuesday, April 4th, and continues through Tuesday, May 23rd.

Registration is now FULL - this class is limited to 30 people.

 **Please note:  this class will meet on Tuesday evenings, not Thursdays as it has in the past**
