Tuesday Buddy Run

Are you an avid runner looking to get friends and family involved in your sport?  Or, are you (or someone you know), knew to running and want to learn all about it?  Or, have you fallen off the running wagon and need some accountability and motivation to get you back in the groove?

Join us for a free 45-minute buddy run!  Using the run-walk training philosophy, these runs will help to build your fitness and endurance.

Tuesdays at 6:00 PM behind the Runner's Edge (304 N Higgins Ave)

Simply adding buddy runs into your weekly schedule can help improve your health, manage stress, make new friends who support your goals, and build confidence with an active lifestyle.  All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend - no running experience is needed.
