Make 2020 the year you consistently add Yoga to your running/walking routine, and stay healthy and injury-free by signing up for Yoga for Runners & Walkers. Run Yoga Missoula is offering two yoga classes specifically designed with the active body in mind. Each class will focus on stretching, strengthening, balancing and core work that will compliment all of the miles you are logging each week. Whether you have just started walking, are training for a marathon, or plan to spend winter on Nordic skiing, this class will challenge and inspire you to take care of your body and mind in the New Year. 


Yoga mats, straps and blocks are provided.   


Cost: $95 for Run Wild Missoula Members, $105 for non members


Cash, Check (made out to Run Yoga Missoula), or Venmo ( accepted

Drop-in/Single Session Pricing Available.

Classes are held at Run Wild Missoula; 304 N Higgins Avenue (basement of Runner's Edge)
