Stay moving and motivated this fall with a flexible, easy to follow 12-Week Virtual Training Plan! This plan can accommodate any runner; whether you're training for your first 5K or your 20th. This is a low-cost option to keep you on track to help you achieve your 5K, 10K, or even half marathon goals this fall. Use the plan as a tool for the Diamond Dash, Missoula Mile, or Run For Missoula!

Cost: $24.00 for a 12-Week Virtual Training Plan (That’s only $2 per week!)
  $48 for non-members
  (RWM members, be sure to log in before registering to receive the member pricing)

Optional Swag: All Virtual Training Plan participants will have the option to purchase custom RWM Crew Fitsoks (Medium and Large sizes available) for $8.00. All socks will be mailed to participants. 

Medium: sizes 7-9
Large: sizes 9-12
