Annual Meeting of Members

Don’t miss the event of the year with a FREE group run, FREE dinner and the chance to find out directly from the Run Wild Missoula Board of Directors what the club has been up to and plans for the future!

On October 26, 2006, Run Wild Missoula officially became a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization!  As such, Run Wild Missoula is required to have an annual meeting of its members. Thirteen years later, we still don't mind pulling everyone together - we're always looking for an excuse to hang out, run, eat, drink and socialize!

  • Wednesday, September 17th
  • The Public House, 130 E Broadway
  • Run at 5:30 PM;
  • Dinner, Awards & Meeting at 6:30 PM

RSVP Coming Soon

Start your evening with the RWM Board of Directors led run at 5:30 PM.  We'll then treat you to dinner before we begin our Annual Meeting of Members around 6:30 PM.

Come find out what your club has been up to this past year and see what's in the works for 2020!  The Run Wild Missoula Board of Directors will give a report, acknowledge exceptional club member and volunteers (that you can nominate!) and ask for your input.  As always, there will be time to socialize with running and walking friends.

Member Recognition
We will be recognizing RWM members in several different categories - to see the categories from previous years, please click here.  Winners will be acknowledged at the meeting with cool new Run Wild Missoula gear!  Nominations for the member awards is coming soon.

What to Bring & What to Expect
Please come ready to run at 5:30 PM if you plan to participate in the approximately 4-mile group run.  Please arrive at 6:30 PM if you plan to attend the dinner and meeting only.  The meeting will be indoor this year!  We will have chairs and tables set up, so please RSVP for a seat.  We will provide food, plates, utensils -- and the fun!

Getting There & Parking
We encourage you to run, bike, or carpool to the Annual Meeting.  Parking in downtown Missoula is free after 5PM.  We ask that you follow all parking regulations, including not parking in private lots, when parking downtown.
Parking will not be available in the lot immediately west/adjacent to the Masonic Temple building (i.e. the angled parking behind Runner's Edge).  Your vehicle will be subject to towing if you choose to park in this lot.
