Whether you want to train to run or walk a 5K or a marathon, we have the class for you!

Run Wild Missoula's Missoula Marathon training classes for runners and walkers will help you accomplish your goal for the Missoula Marathon or Half Marathon on June 30, 2019.  Register for the Galloway Marathon or Galloway Half Marathon Training Class (run-walk-run), or the Missoula Marathon and Half Marathon Training Class.

We also offer trail running classes - both Beginner Trail Running and Intermediate Trail Running (spring and fall), and Advanced Trail Running (spring and summer).

Then there's Yoga for Runners on Tuesdays at lunchtime and Thursday evenings and Core Strength Training for Runners on Wednesdays at lunchtime to help you maintain your fitness.

Trail Running Class; Advanced Summer 2019 07/11/2019 FREE Details 
Run Wild Missoula will again to offer a summer trail running class designed to get you ready for late summer/early fall trail racing. This 8-week class will meet once a week for a Thursday morning workout. This class will cater towards the intermediate to advanced trail runner and is designed to get you ready for dramatic changes in elevation that you'll experience on technical trail runs like The Rut and the Bridger Ridge Run.
Little Dipper Running Series 07/11/2019 $18.00 Details 
Missoula Parks & Recreation has partnered with the Big Dipper Race team and Run Wild Missoula to offer this month-long program that is great for kids ages five and up who want to blaze the trails. Meeting at Pineview Park, runners will be grouped by age. Weekly practices run Thursdays July 11th - August 8th from 5:30 - 7:00 PM. Great coaching and support from local running heroes and Big Dipper Ice Cream at the end of every practice makes this a do not miss program!
