Club Classes


Whether you want to train to run or walk a 5K or a marathon, we have the class for you! 
 
Run Wild Missoula's Missoula Marathon training classes for runners and walkers will help you accomplish your goal for the Missoula Marathon or Half Marathon on June 26th, 2022.  Register for the Missoula Half Marathon Walking Class or the Spring Road Training Class.

We also offer trail running classes - Trail Running 101, Trail Running 201, Trail Running 301, and Run-Hike-Run.

Then there's Yoga for Runners on Tuesdays at lunchtime and Thursday evenings to help you maintain your fitness.

Yoga - Tuesday Lunch, Fall 2021 09/21/2021 $120.00 Details 
Run Wild Missoula offers weekly yoga practices designed specifically with the runners/walkers body in mind. Each class focuses on core work, stretching, strength and balance poses that will compliment all of the activities you are engaging in each week. In addition, each practice will focus on breathing and relaxation techniques that will help you de-stress, release physical tension and clear and quiet your mind. Whether you have just started walking or are training for a marathon, these classes will challenge and inspire you to take care of both your body and mind.

Trail Running Sessions are back for Fall 2021! Run Wild Missoula is offering a variety of trail running sessions designed to get you ready for a season of strong and healthy trail running. Our trail classes are geared toward everyone. We offer sessions for people brand new to trails to the experienced trail runner, and everyone in between.
