Whether you want to train to run or walk a 5K or a marathon, we have the class for you!

Run Wild Missoula's Missoula Marathon training classes for runners and walkers will help you accomplish your goal for the Missoula Marathon or Half Marathon on July 15, 2018 . Register for the Galloway Marathon or Galloway Half Marathon Training Class (run-walk-run), or the Missoula Marathon and Half Marathon Training Class.

We offer other classes like Trail Running - both BOP Trail Running and Intermediate Trail Running - (spring and fall) and Beginner Running (fall only).

Did you qualify for Boston? Maybe you want to train for another spring marathon or half marathon or maintain your mileage through the winter? The Spring Marathon & Half-Marathon Advanced Training Class starts January 2018.

Then there's Yoga for Runners on Tuesdays at lunchtime and Thursday evenings and Core Strength Training for Runners on Wednesdays at lunchtime to help you maintain your fitness.

Thursday Evening Yoga, Winter Session 01/11/2018 $90.00 Details 
Fall is in the air and Run Yoga Missoula is offering two yoga classes specifically designed with the runner/walker's body in mind. Each class will focus on core work, stretching, strengthening and balancing poses that will compliment all of the miles you are running/walking each week. Whether you have just started walking or are training for an ultra marathon, this class will challenge and inspire you to take care of your body and mind. Classes are held outside the Run Wild Missoula office (downstairs at the Runners Edge - 304 N Higgins). Yoga mats, straps and blocks are provided.
Tuesday Lunch Yoga, Winter Session 01/09/2018 $85.00 Details 
Get ready for the upcoming race season by incorporating Yoga into your current running/walking routine. Run Yoga Missoula is offering two yoga classes specifically designed with the runner's/walker's body in mind. Each class will focus on relaxation & breathing, stretching, core strengthening and balancing poses that will compliment all of the miles you are logging each week. Whether you have just started walking or are training to run or walk the Missoula full or half Marathon, this class will challenge and inspire you to take care of your body and mind. Classes are held downstairs at the Runners Edge. Yoga mats, straps and blocks are provided.
