Whether you want to train to run or walk a 5K or a marathon, we have the class for you!

Run Wild Missoula's Missoula Marathon training classes for runners and walkers will help you accomplish your goal for the Missoula Marathon or Half Marathon on June 30, 2019.  Register for the Galloway Marathon or Galloway Half Marathon Training Class (run-walk-run), or the Missoula Marathon and Half Marathon Training Class.

We also offer trail running classes - both Beginner Trail Running and Intermediate Trail Running (spring and fall), and Advanced Trail Running (spring and summer).

Then there's Yoga for Runners on Tuesdays at lunchtime and Thursday evenings and Core Strength Training for Runners on Wednesdays at lunchtime to help you maintain your fitness.

Yoga: Thursday Evening, Fall 2019 09/12/2019 $98.00 Details 
Fall is right around the corner and Run Yoga Missoula is offering two yoga classes specifically designed with the runner/walker's body in mind. Each class will focus on core work, stretching, strengthening, and balancing poses that will compliment all of the miles you are putting in each week. Whether you have just started walking or are training for an ultra marathon, this class will challenge and inspire you to take care of your body and mind. Yoga mats, straps, and blocks are provided.
CORE: Wednesday Lunch Class, Fall 2019 09/11/2019 $79.00 Details 
This class is designed to keep a runner's core strong. Core work conditions the body from the abdominals to the arms and legs. Often runners are much stronger in their lower extremities than their core. This results in an imbalance in the body that it will continuously try to remedy.

Trail Running Class: Beginner Fall 2019 09/05/2019 FREE Details 
Do you want to add trail running to your routine, but aren't sure where to go or the difference between the trails and roads? This class is intended for beginner trail runners who want to run between 4-6 miles and gain some elevation while power hiking. There are no pace restrictions - the group will stick together. While you don't have to be fast, it is expected that you are jogging/running instead of walking unless gaining elevation.
Beginner Running 101; Fall 2019 09/04/2019 $15.00 Details 
Are you having a hard time getting motivated to start running, or do you lack consistency?
Don't know where to begin?
Don't want to do it alone?
Perhaps you are coming back from a long absence from running and need to build up slowly.

If you are nodding your head yes, then this class is for you!
Join us for a fun training program that will start with running/walking intervals and gradually work up to completing the Pumpkin Run on October 19, 2019. This is truly a beginner's class so don't be intimidated. Pace doesn't matter. Your goal will be to complete a 5K run, and our goal will be to inspire you to keep on going long after this training class is finished.
Trail Running Class: Intermediate Fall 2019 09/03/2019 FREE Details 
Join enthusiastic trail runners for fun runs on local trails. This class is intended for intermediate-level runners who want to improve their trail running skills, experience new routes, make new friends in the trail running community, and have a super-fun time.
Trail Running Class: Advanced Summer 2019 07/11/2019 FREE Details 
Run Wild Missoula will again to offer a summer trail running class designed to get you ready for late summer/early fall trail racing. This 8-week class will meet once a week for a Thursday morning workout. This class will cater towards the intermediate to advanced trail runner and is designed to get you ready for dramatic changes in elevation that you'll experience on technical trail runs like The Rut and the Bridger Ridge Run.
