Whether you want to train to run or walk a 5K or a marathon, we have the class for you!

Run Wild Missoula's Missoula Marathon training classes for runners and walkers will help you accomplish your goal for the Missoula Marathon or Half Marathon on July 15, 2018.  Register for the Galloway Marathon or Galloway Half Marathon Training Class (run-walk-run), or the Missoula Marathon and Half Marathon Training Class.

We also offer trail running classes - both Beginner/BOP Trail Running and Intermediate Trail Running (spring and fall), and Advanced Trail Running (summer).

Did you qualify for Boston? Maybe you want to train for another spring marathon or half marathon or maintain your mileage through the winter? The Spring Marathon & Half-Marathon Advanced Training Class starts January 2018.

Then there's Yoga for Runners on Tuesdays at lunchtime and Thursday evenings and Core Strength Training for Runners on Wednesdays at lunchtime to help you maintain your fitness.

Intermediate Trail Running; Fall 2018 09/06/2018 FREE Details 
Join enthusiastic trail runners Jess Zephyrs and Amelia Hagen-Dillon, on Thursdays at 6 p.m. for fun runs on local trails. This class is intended for intermediate-level runners who want to improve their trail running skills, experience new routes, make new friends in the trail running community, and have a super-fun time.
Beginner Trail Running; Fall 2018 09/06/2018 FREE Details 
Wanting to add trail running to your routine; but, not sure where to go or what's different between the trails and the roads? Then join local trail runners Colleen Smith and Vicky Mix, along with other guests, on Thursdays at 6 p.m. for a run on a local trail. This class is for BEGINNING trail runners who want to learn trail running techniques like how to run uphill and downhill, injury prevention, nutrition, footwear, local trail locations and other trail running topics.
Beginner Running 101; Fall 2018 09/05/2018 $15.00 Details 
Are you having a hard time getting motivated to start running, or do you lack consistency?
Don't know where to begin?
Don't want to do it alone?
Perhaps you are coming back from a long absence from running and need to build up slowly.

If you are nodding your head yes, then this class is for you!
Join us for a fun training program that will start with running/walking intervals and gradually work up to completing the Pumpkin Run on October 21, 2018. This is truly a beginner's class so don't be intimidated. Pace doesn't matter. Your goal will be to complete a 5K run, and our goal will be to inspire you to keep on going long after this training class is finished.
RWM's Get In Shape! Fall 2018 07/29/2018 $10.00 Details 
Run Wild Missoula is offering Get in Shape!, a Run-Walk-RunĀ® class designed by Jeff Galloway. The 8-week class will prepare participants for RWM's Diva Day 5K
Advanced Summer 2018 Trail Running Class 06/21/2018 FREE Details 
Run Wild Missoula and the Runner's Edge are partnering up again to offer a summer trail running class designed to get you ready for late summer/early fall trail racing. This 10-week class will meet twice a week, with a Thursday morning workout (hill repeats!), as well as a Sunday morning long run. This class will cater towards the intermediate to advanced trail runner and is designed to get you ready for dramatic changes in elevation that you'll experience on technical trail runs.
