Whether you want to train to run or walk a 5K or a marathon, we have the class for you!

Run Wild Missoula's Missoula Marathon training classes for runners and walkers will help you accomplish your goal for the Missoula Marathon or Half Marathon on July 9, 2017. Register for the Galloway Marathon or Galloway Half Marathon Training Class (run-walk-run), or the Missoula Marathon and Half Marathon Training Class.

We offer other classes like Trail Running - both BOP Trail Running and Intermediate Trail Running - (spring and fall) and Beginner Running (fall only).

Did you qualify for Boston? Maybe you want to train for another spring marathon or half marathon or maintain your mileage through the winter? The Spring Marathon & Half-Marathon Advanced Training Class starts January 2017.

Then there's Yoga for Runners on Tuesdays at lunchtime and Thursday evenings and Core Strength Training for Runners on Wednesdays at lunchtime to help you maintain your fitness.

Galloway Half Marathon 19-week Training Program 02/26/2017 $81.00 Details 
· A 19-week training schedule that embodies Jeff Galloway's conservative low-mileage, low-injury approach to distance running
· A program that employs Galloway's trademarked run-walk-run approach, using very short run walk intervals based on your current fitness (training ratios generally range from 15 seconds run-30 seconds walk, up to 30-seconds run-30 seconds walk)
· Pace groups led by experienced and caring pace group leaders who offer personalized encouragement and coaching
· Water stations for runs of 10 miles and longer; post-run snacks from the beginning of the program

Thursday Evening Yoga, Winter Session 01/12/2017 $90.00 Details 
Start 2017 off right and resolve to stay healthy and injury-free by signing up for Yoga for Runners. Class will focus on stretching, strengthening and balancing poses that will compliment all of the miles you are logging each week. Whether you have just started walking or are training for a marathon, this class will challenge and inspire you to take care of your body and mind in the New Year. Classes are held downstairs at the Runners Edge. Yoga mats, straps and blocks are provided.
Tuesday Lunch Yoga, Winter Session 01/10/2017 $85.00 Details

Spring Marathon & Half-Marathon Advanced Training Class 12/14/2016 $45.00 Details 
An advanced marathon and half-marathon training program designed for runners competing in marathons and half-marathons occurring in spring 2017 - participants should be experienced runners capable of completing a full marathon in 4:15, or less, and a half marathon in 2:00, or less.
Meet 12/14/16 to be ready to run 01/01/17!
