Whether you want to train to run or walk a 5K or a marathon, we have the class for you!

Run Wild Missoula's Missoula Marathon training classes for runners and walkers will help you accomplish your goal for the Missoula Marathon or Half Marathon on July 15, 2018.  Register for the Galloway Marathon or Galloway Half Marathon Training Class (run-walk-run), or the Missoula Marathon and Half Marathon Training Class.

We also offer trail running classes - both Beginner/BOP Trail Running and Intermediate Trail Running (spring and fall), and Advanced Trail Running (summer).

Did you qualify for Boston? Maybe you want to train for another spring marathon or half marathon or maintain your mileage through the winter? The Spring Marathon & Half-Marathon Advanced Training Class starts January 2018.

Then there's Yoga for Runners on Tuesdays at lunchtime and Thursday evenings and Core Strength Training for Runners on Wednesdays at lunchtime to help you maintain your fitness.

Run Wild Missoula and the Runner's Edge are partnering up again to offer a summer trail running class designed to get you ready for late summer/early fall trail racing. This 10-week class will meet twice a week, with a Thursday morning workout (hill repeats!), as well as a Sunday morning long run. This class will cater towards the intermediate to advanced trail runner and is designed to get you ready for dramatic changes in elevation that you'll experience on technical trail runs.
RWM's Get In Shape! Spring 2018 05/20/2018 $10.00 Details 
Run Wild Missoula is offering Get in Shape!, a Run-Walk-RunĀ® class designed by Jeff Galloway. This 8-week class will prepare participants for the 2018 Missoula 5K on July 14th
Wednesday CORE Lunch Class, Spring Session 2018 05/02/2018 $79.00 Details 
This class is designed to keep a runner's core strong. Core work conditions the body from the abdominals to the arms and legs. Often runners are much stronger in their lower extremities than their core. This results in an imbalance in the body that it will continuously try to remedy. Wednesday lunch classes are held at the Runner's Edge, 304 N. Higgins Ave. Mats provided, comfortable clothing recommended, running shoes not required.
Missoula Marathon Walking Class, 2018 03/31/2018 $45.00 Details 
If you're looking for a low impact way to train for and successfully complete the Missoula Marathon and Half Marathon on July 15, 2018, and also develop a network of fun, knowledgeable, encouraging folks of all shapes, sizes, and ages, then this is the class for you! Join the Missoula Marathon or Half Marathon Walking Training Class at the Run Wild Missoula offices at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 31, 2018! Experienced walker and runner John Pitcairn will be leading the class again this year.
2018 Missoula Marathon & Half Marathon Training Class 03/18/2018 $100.00 Details 
New this year: 17-week training class, with weekly group runs on Sundays and Wednesdays! We're changing up the plan and bringing you something fresh to get ready for the 2018 Missoula Marathon & Half Marathon, on July 15.
