Club Classes

Whether you want to train to run or walk a 5K or a marathon, we have the class for you!

Run Wild Missoula's Missoula Marathon training classes for runners and walkers will help you accomplish your goal for the Missoula Marathon or Half Marathon on June 30, 2019.  Register for the Galloway Marathon or Galloway Half Marathon Training Class (run-walk-run), or the Missoula Marathon and Half Marathon Training Class.

We also offer trail running classes - both Beginner Trail Running and Intermediate Trail Running (spring and fall), and Advanced Trail Running (spring and summer).

Then there's Yoga for Runners on Tuesdays at lunchtime and Thursday evenings and Core Strength Training for Runners on Wednesdays at lunchtime to help you maintain your fitness.

This 19-week program begins Sunday, February 9th at 8:00 AM outside the Run Wild Missoula office (304 N Higgins, basement of Runners Edge; enter through the alley back door). Sunday runs continue through June 21st, the last Sunday before the Missoula Half Marathon.
Galloway 2020 Marathon Training Program (24 Weeks) 01/12/2020 $107.00 Details 
This 24-week program begins Sunday, January 12th at 8:00 AM outside the Run Wild Missoula office (304 N Higgins, basement of Runners Edge; enter through the alley back door). Sunday runs continue through June 21st, the last Sunday before the Missoula Marathon.
Beginner Running 102; Fall 2019 10/26/2019 $5.00 Details 
So, you are about to complete the Beginner 101 Training Class and finish a 5K... Now what? Continue to increase your mileage with the goal of completing the Turkey Day 8K on November 28, 2019!

This is a great class for runners looking for a group to run with, as well. Participation in Beginner Running 101 is not required.
RWM's Get In Shape, Fall 2019 10/06/2019 $10.00 Details 
Run Wild Missoula is offering Get In Shape!, a Run-Walk-RunĀ® class designed by Jeff Galloway. This 8-week class will prepare participants for the 2019 Turkey Day 3K on November 28th.
Yoga: Thursday Evening, Fall 2019 09/12/2019 $98.00 Details 
Fall is right around the corner and Run Yoga Missoula is offering two yoga classes specifically designed with the runner/walker's body in mind. Each class will focus on core work, stretching, strengthening, and balancing poses that will compliment all of the miles you are putting in each week. Whether you have just started walking or are training for an ultra marathon, this class will challenge and inspire you to take care of your body and mind. Yoga mats, straps, and blocks are provided.
CORE: Wednesday Lunch Class, Fall 2019 09/11/2019 $79.00 Details 
This class is designed to keep a runner's core strong. Core work conditions the body from the abdominals to the arms and legs. Often runners are much stronger in their lower extremities than their core. This results in an imbalance in the body that it will continuously try to remedy.

Perhaps you are coming back from a long absence from running and need to build up slowly.

If you are nodding your head yes, then this class is for you!
Join us for a fun training program that will start with running/walking intervals and gradually work up to completing the Pumpkin Run on October 19, 2019. This is truly a beginner's class so don't be intimidated. Pace doesn't matter. Your goal will be to complete a 5K run, and our goal will be to inspire you to keep on going long after this training class is finished.
