Race Equipment Rental

Run Wild Missoula Equipment Availability

Our Equipment Rental Program is available to support community events with access to select Run Wild Missoula gear.

A flat rental fee of $35 applies, payable by cash or check.

Available equipment includes:

• Safety vests
• Stop/Slow signs
• “Runner on Road” signs
• Orange cones (small, medium, and large)
• Candles and bases
• Water jugs (6-gallon Gatorade and 5-gallon)
• Large and small tables
• Trash cans
• Finish chute flagging
• Pin flagging

Not Included:

The following items are not available for rental

• Arch
• Generator
• Sound system
• Spray chalk

To ensure availability for our core programs, rentals must not interfere with other RWM activities or events. All equipment must be returned in the same condition as when checked out, including being clean and ready for use. The renting party is responsible for any damage, loss, or missing items, and may be charged for repair or replacement as needed. 

Part of Run Wild Missoula’s contribution to the running community is making equipment from its inventory available for local races. Please see our “Equipment Policy & Agreement” outlining the policy and checkout system as it currently exists.

Race Directors are encouraged to reach out to RWM Race Coordinator Marina with any questions, as well as for scheduling and coordinating equipment rentals.
