Start the year off on the right foot with a $5 Five K!
Runner’s Edge Events and Run Wild Missoula are excited bring in the the New Year with the 2027 Resolution Run!
Not interested in running an in-person event? No problem. Join the Virtual Resolution Run for 2027! Run a 5k on January 1st, record your time, submit your results, pick up your No-Peek Envelope at Runner’s Edge.
In order to maintain the spirit of this event and sustain accessibility, we will NOT be offering a swag item for the Resolution Run 5K. Instead, we encourage participants to BYOM (bring your own mug!).

- The Virtual Resolution Run does NOT have a participation cap.
As outlined in the race waiver & acknowledgment, entry fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable. To view the RWM race cancellation policy, click here.
Per Run Wild Missoula event policies, dogs are not allowed to participate in the event, with the exception of ADA Service Animals.
→Thursday, December 31st: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the basement of Runner’s Edge (304 N Higgins)
→Friday, January 1st: 9:00 AM – 9:45 AM in the pavilion at Pineview Park. Race Day bib pickup will end promptly at 9:45 AM.

Parking: Pineview Parking Area . Carpooling and biking are strongly encouraged!
Post Race: Participants will get delicious hot chocolate, along with baked goodies!
*We encourage participants to BYOM (bring your own mug!).
In an effort to reduce waste and promote sustainable race practices, all RWM races are going cupless.
The courses are open to strollers and walkers. NO DOGS PLEASE.
There are no aid stations

(Contents may include socks, gels or even a free pair of shoes!)
In-Person – Top 3 Overall Female, Male, Non-Binary will receive a mystery New Years Prize!
Not able to join us in person on New Years Day? No problem!
Run/walk a 5K anywhere, on your own time on January 1 and submit your results to Runsignup!
How to Submit your Virtual Results:
- Log in to your RunSignUp account
- Select “Profile” at the top right of the webpage
- Scroll down to “Upcoming Races” and click on “Submit Virtual Results”
- Submit your activity!
